Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (Including Standard Shipping)
- *Each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand and fulfillment location.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Living Praise Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
